Bagel with Roast Beef And Pepper Jack Cheese

Ingredients:
Onion Bagel

Mayonaise

1 - 2 Thinly Sliced Pieces of Roast Beef
Grated Pepper Jack Cheese


Directions:


  • Slice the bagel in half - toast one or both halves of the bagel using the bagel setting on your toaster (if you have one) so that it is toasted well. I use the 3 setting on the toaster so that it doesn't get too brown.





  • Spread mayonnaise on the surface of the bagel.

  • Use one or more pieces of thinly sliced Roast Beef - slice each piece into one inch strips. Arrange the Roast Beef on the the bagel sort of piled up like they do at the Sandwich Shop - bunched up and uneven.

  • Grate enough Pepper Jack Cheese to cover the Roast Beef and place under the broiler until the cheese melts.
